Through flexible, internet-based learning, participants gain recognition for their achievements and contributions in three key roles to be assessed: 1. Academic Scholar Develop and demonstrate advanced expertise in your chosen field. Objectives: Exhibit mastery of subject knowledge. Conduct meaningful research or applied projects. Share findings through publications, workplace experience or presentations. 2. Participants Engage actively in learning and collaboration environments. Objectives: Participate in educational and extracurricular activities. Collaborate effectively in online or in person projects. Demonstrate consistent progress and commitment. 3. Participation Policy for MLM Trainings and Course Offerings Purpose This policy establishes the standards for attendance, punctuality, and communication to maintain a professional, respectful, and effective learning environment for all participants in MLM trainings and course offerings. 1. Punctuality and Attendance Timely Arrival: Learners are required to join all scheduled sessions promptly. Punctuality ensures a smooth start, minimizes disruptions, and allows all participants to benefit fully from the training. Late Arrival: Learners who anticipate being late must notify the instructor or program coordinator in advance. Repeated late arrivals without prior communication may result in a review of the learner’s participation status. Absence: Learners unable to attend a scheduled session must communicate their absence as soon as possible to allow for appropriate planning and resource management. 2. Communication Proactive Communication: Learners are responsible for informing the program team of any circumstances that may affect attendance or participation, including technical difficulties, personal emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. Approved Communication Channels: All attendance-related communications must be submitted through the designated channels (e.g., official email or approved chat group). 3. Consequences of Non-Communication and Repeated Non-Compliance First Instance: A verbal or written reminder of this policy will be issued. Second Instance: A formal written warning will be issued, accompanied by a discussion to identify challenges and potential solutions. Third Instance: Continued non-compliance, particularly without prior notification, may result in disciplinary action, including: Temporary Suspension: The learner may be suspended from future trainings or course offerings for a specified period. Removal from the Network: In cases of severe or repeated non-compliance, the learner may be removed from the MLM network following a formal review. This decision will be made at the discretion of MLM leadership and communicated in writing with a detailed explanation. 4. Appeals Learners who believe they have been unfairly penalized may submit a written appeal for review.
