Ms. Lady Management (MLM) is a private Christian organization located in Phoenix, Arizona. Our organization offers business and professional development programs. Our network consists of clients, mentees, graduates, independent learners, entrepreneurs and "micropreneurs". Collectively we seek diverse, relevant and relatable knowledge through live experience exchange opportunities with customized *reverse accredited course offerings. 

 

Our Offering:

Our services and brokerage include live, virtual, and online courses. Our specialized internships and experience exchanges help serve an immediate and underserved population not just for student members, but small business owners, community members, and professionals struggling to navigate and maintain a sustainable value-added workforce. 

 

Ms. Lady Management's Commitment:

To ensure all their members achieve their desired career and purpose goals we offer free business management, marketing support and structured educational services. These programs are offered by through supervised and structured mentorship experiences from our *reverse accredited faculty leadership team. Our team offers general education courses, customized learning, and real-world experiences in field that help produce real knowledge outcomes and careers expectations. 

 

The Organizational Culture:

MLM understands that our members are all different and often require colleagues to use a variety of facilitation techniques and strategies. Our team is required to incorporate personal and professional life experiences when instructing, facilitating or mentoring our learners. Along with diversity, our learners' needs are continuously being met. Our organization creates an atmosphere that is conducive to all member needs including those seeking to find career and educational success from our ethical and transparent Christian mission, purpose and faith-based approach. 

 

Ms. Lady Management History:

MLM has been helping our partners in Higher education, language centers, Behavioral health, Beauty, modeling, and other global entities for over 20 years. We partner with everyone from local educational institutes, tech companies, and large conglomerate brands. As an independent brand, we have chosen to broker both large scale and small business projects to offer a full range of accessible services.

 

With proven developmental and implemented consulting strategies, MLM assists independent, corporate, franchise, and even government clients by pairing them with our certified members and volunteers. Simultaneously we coach, mentor, and hire while developing independent, freelance contractors that can sustain their craft, career and clientele. This approach supports the overall growth of economy, business, education and entrepreneur needs of today.

MLM services include project/team management, training development & facilitation, digital and traditional marketing support, customer service resolutions, and business/ individual branding strategies.

MLM ensures student success is one of the first priorities of the organization. MLM has a proven and ongoing record of 100% employment in field (MLM, 2023) . What does that mean to our colleagues and members?

It means our pairing methods work to employ and initiate experiences for our members that give them access to without our network resources. We practice ethical and true career exchanges that place members within their actual field of interest aligned with their purpose.
