Q: Is Ms. Lady Management LLC or Allma Mater Academy accredited?
A: MLM is Not Accredited. Our staff and board members have all worked and managed within various accrediting institutions. As a reflection of that work, MLM is committed to mirroring the standards of the highest boards of accreditation to create a valuable & certified instructional process that helps bring members the "Best in Class" offering from business management, marketing, behavioral health and other ethically managed programs.

A: MLM Business Services include project/team resource management, corporate and personal training development & facilitation. Our affiliate: A Degree of Dopeness offers digital and traditional marketing and media support for our internal business members.

A: Our target market focuses on people. All people looking to advance in their life and business. Students, Entrepreneurs, Micropreneurs, and value-added employees and entrepreneurs.

A: "Purpose Over Profit" signifies that personal success is a top priority for MLM, demonstrated by a proven and ongoing record of 100% employment in the field (MLM, 2024). This means our brokerage methods effectively prioritize members needs before our profits.

HOW DO STUDENTS INTERACT WITH OTHERS?
MLM provides a clear, shared mission and vision that unites our community. Through mentorship and equitable resource distribution, we foster collaboration, strengthen teams, and ensure active engagement across the organization. Grounded in mutual respect, we empower learners, academics, and clients to achieve their purpose goals. This commitment drives higher retention, greater success, and a thriving community built on shared growth.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
Ms. Lady Management is a network of freelance members that are passionate about contributing to the industries and people. Our Give Back Program provides affordable or free opportunities that prioritize purpose over profit. Based entirely on knowledge sharing, and resource redistribution our participants contribute what they can, when they can. Our network runs on the kindness of our members and built to support the advancement of our collective team. However, upon successful completion of an affiliated career or project participation, members are invited to give a 10% donation, or “tithe” to help sustain and support within our community.
