Participation Policy for MLM Trainings and Course Offerings To ensure a productive and respectful learning environment for all participants, the following policy outlines expectations for attendance and engagement in all MLM trainings and course offerings. 1. Punctuality and Attendance: Timely Arrival: Learners are expected to join all scheduled trainings and courses on time. This allows for a smooth start, minimizes disruptions, and ensures that all participants receive the full benefit of the session from the beginning. Late Arrival: If a learner anticipates being late, they are required to communicate this in advance. Repeated late arrivals without prior communication may result in a review of their participation status. Absence: If a learner is unable to attend a scheduled training or course, they must communicate their absence as soon as possible. This allows for proper planning and resource allocation. 2. Communication: Proactive Communication: Learners are responsible for proactively communicating any foreseen or unforeseen circumstances that may affect their attendance or participation. This includes, but is not limited to, technical issues, personal emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. Preferred Communication Channels: Please use specify preferred communication channels, e.g., email to instructor, designated chat group for all attendance-related communications. 3. Consequences of Non-Communication and Repeated Issues: First Instance of No-Show/Late without Communication: A verbal or written reminder of this policy will be issued. Second Instance of No-Show/Late without Communication: A formal warning will be issued, and a discussion will be held to understand the challenges and explore potential solutions. Third Instance of No-Show/Late without Communication: Persistent non-compliance with the attendance and communication policy, particularly without any prior notification, may lead to the following: Temporary Suspension: The learner may be temporarily suspended from future trainings or course offerings for a specified period. Removal from the Network In severe or repeated cases of non-communication and non-participation, and after careful consideration and review, the learner may face removal from the MLM network. This decision will be made at the discretion of leadership and will be communicated in writing with a clear explanation. Learners who believe they have been unfair penalize may appeal the decision.
