Hello! Welcome to Ms. Lady Management. Our CEO and lead broker Dawanda Shelton, MBA, MHS, BA, (current doctoral student) has helped thousands of students and entrepernuers create change and advancements in their education, entreprenuerial and career goals.

Ms.Lady Management was created as an alter ego, of support to help the brokering, networking and career connections of graduate students seeking to gain sought after experiences and mentorships that help move the economic needle. Our program is dedicated to the growth of independent learners, mentors, and business owners around the world.

With over 20 years of higher education leadership and management, retired business professor and faculty manager, Dawanda Shelton has developed a strategic program that helps the development of careers, social networking, and experience exchanges that translate into direct employment.

Our organizational goal is to help bridge the information and knowldege gap between those in need and those who lack. Our personal and professional network is like no other. Much like traditional educational institutes, there are no guarentees of success. But our promise to our community is to help serve and support the steps to help you get there.
